Super fast installation, ideal when the structure is assembled and disassembled frequently

The individual elements can be connected to each other via conical connections with pins and split pins. It is possible to create structures of various shapes and lengths through the many modules available. The connection of one module to another takes place in a few seconds, the system is designed to be installed and uninstalled in a very simple and fast way.

Unlike systems that use nuts and bolts to connect one module to another, the solution with conical connections is by far the preferable one. The advantage of this type of conical connection system is that the cones adapt perfectly to the main tubulars thus guaranteeing maximum load capacity and safety. Furthermore, the Quick-Lock system with conical connection allows a quick, efficient and aesthetically impeccable assembly as it does not leave visible nuts and bolts but the structure is uniform, without interruption.

DQ2 American truss, how is it made?

The two main tubes of the trellis are made of aluminum and have a diameter of 35 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm, offering excellent load resistance with a low weight. The stiffeners have a diameter of 10mm with a wall thickness of 2mm.

What is it for

Delock was created for the creation of compact installations with a low weight, ideal for setting up shops, exhibitions, interior design, exhibition stands, discos and theatres. It is also widely used for setting up photo and video sets.

Thanks to its modern design, it is used both for decorative applications and for permanent or temporary installations. The advantages of this system are its small size, just 22 cm on each side, its low weight, less than 1.5 kg per metre, its excellent resistance and quick and easy assembly.

The product is supplied complete with technical documentation with Codes SQ P1 - Truss Systems published by VPLT / PLASA. Before installation it is essential to consult the load table or rely on a competent technician.
