Territorial scope

Pro-show accepts orders for delivery in Italian and European territory.

Purchase invoice

For each order placed, Pro-show issues an invoice for the shipped material and sends it by e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice .
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Product information

The customer can purchase the products in the Pro-show electronic catalog when sending the order. The images and technical data supplied with a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its characteristics but differ in small details. The image is also indicative of the product.

The availability of the displayed product is purely indicative given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason Pro-show reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent. No responsibility can be attributed to Pro-show.

Order receipt

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Pro-show by sending an email copy of the order to the email address communicated by the customer.
This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

By placing an order on the www.Pro-show.net website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchase procedure.

Payment methods

The accepted payment methods are:

  • CREDIT CARD, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Postepay cards are accepted through the PayPlug secure payment system; moreover, ATMs associated with one of the aforementioned circuits are also accepted, provided they are enabled for the 3D Secure security system.
  • BANK TRANSFER, by selecting Bank Transfer you will see the references for making the balance during the shopping cart processing phase. Don't forget to include the order number that will be assigned to you in the reason for payment.
  • CASH ON DELIVERY, if you choose the cash on delivery method of payment, you can pay directly to the courier who will deliver your package, with a surcharge of €6.90. The delivery man will only accept cash.
