Renton LSM5 studio monitors

Renton LSM5 studio monitors are the ideal solution for setting up home studios, the frequency response of these speakers is extremely linear and wide thanks to the class AB power amplifiers. Each speaker is equipped with a double power amplifier, one 40 Watt for the Woofer section and one 30 for the tweeter. The amplifier is equipped with current limiter and thermal protection.

Kevlar woofer and silk tweeter

The Woofers of the Renton monitors are made of Kevlar, this extraordinary material, very light and resistant, allows the sound waves to move more uniformly on the cone, avoiding reverberations and distortions and providing an absolutely accurate sound image. The treble section is entrusted to a silk dome tweeter characterized by a wide dispersion angle, this feature allows optimal listening even in positions that are not exactly central to the speakers and has made these speakers widely used also for high fidelity systems or for the creation of advanced home theater systems. The treble driver is delicate and defined, the result is a pleasant listening experience that never tires the ear even after long listening sessions.

Custom cabinets

The size of the cabinet has been designed to ensure maximum performance from the Drivers. Completely made of high acoustic efficiency MDF, internally rounded corners to minimize unwanted resonances and help to provide a linear response.

Connectivity and control

Renton Lsm5 allows a simple installation in any Home Recording system, there is an input via balanced jack or XLR, the volume control to set the levels and an attenuator pad that can be set on the flat, -2dB and -4dB positions. This attenuator is very useful if monitors are placed very close to a wall or corner to handle exuberant low frequencies.
